MEET THE ATTORNEY
Joseph has opened the Law Office of Joseph T. Todoroff, PC to represent Northern California’s injured and disabled in all matters related to their Workers’ Compensation claims, Social Security Disability Appeals and Estate Planning needs.
Joseph T. Todoroff II was raised in Placer County and graduated from Granite Bay High School. He attended the University of California, Berkeley on a baseball scholarship for the California Golden Bears. After graduating from Berkeley with a degree in Political Science, Joseph attended and graduated from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with his Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) and from the Eberhardt School of Business with his MBA (Masters of Business Administration).
After passing the California State Bar Examination on first attempt, Joseph was hired by one of the oldest and largest workers’ compensation defense law firms in the state. For almost a decade Joseph represented insurance companies and both private and public employers in all matters related to California Workers' Compensation Law. This prior experience on the defense side has provided Joseph with a unique perspective and expert ability to represent and advocate for his clients and their ongoing workers’ compensation litigation. As a Certified Specialist in California Workers’ Compensation law, Joseph can anticipate your opposition's next move and strategically plan yours.
